Comfy bed and effective aircon. Eclectic decor with Bansky type murals. Great balcony view of old city. Convenient for rail station. Refreshing coffee and Thai tea served. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel in the heart of the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. the hostel had a relaxed and spacious atmosphere, with a bonus of a roof terrace where I could enjoy the breeze. the shared spaces were comfortable, with dining tables and sofas available. the cleanliness of the bedrooms and bathrooms was top-notch, possibly the cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in. the showers provided shampoo and body wash, a nice touch. Despite being located in the city, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was at night. the staff even helped arrange a taxi for me during the busy Songkran period. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to the city. Cons: None.

My cousin and I had a fantastic stay at Urban Hostel. The staff, especially Anne and her colleague, were warm, helpful, and accommodating. The modern and clean atmosphere created a great vibe. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a spacious room, and the rooftop was a nice bonus. The delicious breakfast provided us with plenty of energy for our daily activities. The cost-saving transportation tips were extremely useful, and the recommended shopping centers were a bargain. Highly recommended!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Urban Hostel for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hostel itself was spotlessly clean. The terrace had a cool view, perfect for unwinding in the evening. The location was great, with local food vendors just outside and walking distance to China town. Not being in a touristy area was a plus for me. I would definitely recommend staying at this hostel.
Couldn't recommend this hostel more.

The staff were really friendly and always happy to help. the hostel had a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. the bedrooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, possibly the cleanest hostel I've stayed in. Plus, the location was convenient, with key attractions and public transportation nearby.
The map and address provided on the business card and leaflet were too small and blurry, causing difficulty for taxi drivers to read. there were some noisy guests during late-night check-ins, disrupting sleep.

This place was perfect! Located in a quiet area, yet close to Patpong market and 15 minutes from Khao San by tuk-tuk. the service was excellent, like a 5-star hotel in Europe. the cleanliness was impeccable, the best I have ever seen. the facilities were great, with the ability to cook and do laundry, free drinking water, and complimentary soap and shampoo. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the decor was charming. There was also a nice food and coffee stands outside in the morning. the room was super clean with a hot water shower, and there were plenty of power outlets for charging gadgets. the location was also convenient to explore the "new town" of Bangkok, with the metro station within walking distance. a fantastic experience.
Felt like relaxing at home, no reason to complain.

I gotta say, Urban Hostel really gave me bang for my buck. The room was clean, comfy, and had a great view. The location was spot-on, with easy access to bus stations, night markets, and temples. Plus, the staff was friendly and available 24/7.
The breakfast selection could have been better, maybe more variety would be nice.

For the price, the value I got at Urban Hostel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I felt like I got my money's worth. The location was convenient, especially for visiting the grand palace and other places along the river. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more variety.

The receptionists were friendly and provided helpful instructions for getting around the city. The rooms, showers, and toilets were all clean. The hostel had a rooftop area which was great for relaxing. The owners were very friendly and the rooms were clean.
The location of the hostel was not convenient, as it was a long walk from the nearest train station and public transportation options were limited. The walls of the rooms were thin, so noise from outside and other rooms could be heard.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
